International Application Form (Chinese & English, 2-page). To apply, please fill in the form completely and:
- hand the printed form to International Department or Admission Office at your visit to our school; or
- send it by email to hyzx@bjnewtalent.com; or
- send it by fax to +86-10-8041 3039.
If the student requires the school to help him/her in getting a Beijing Study-Status Residence Permit (Study Permit), please do pay particular attention to Documents 2 & 3.
2. Authorization to the Guardian (Chinese & English, 2-page). This letter shall be signed by the student's parents, be notarized in a local notary office, and then be authenticated in the Chinese embassy or consulate in country that issued the student's passport. Please send this notarized and authenticated document to the student's Guardian in Beijing, so that he/she can process Document 3.
The procedure and request of notarization and authentication varies depnding on the country. Please consult the local notary offices and the Chinese embassy or consulate for further details.
3. Guardian's Letter of Guarantee (Chinese, 1-page). The student's guardian in Beijing shall sign this letter and get it notarized in a Beijing notary office. In order not to delay the student's visa application, please send this notarized document to the International Office as soon as possible.
To notarize the Guardian's Letter of Guarantee, a Beijing notary office generally needs:
- Document 2 Authorization to the Guardian (notarized in the applicant's country and authenticated by a Chinese Embaasy)
- Document 3 Guardian's Letter of Guarantee (original copy signed by the guardian)
- The original and copies of the guardian's ID Card (or Passport) & Residence Permit of Beijng.
